Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges and suspension of service delivery.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.

Bravient and the Client agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and financial information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bravient shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services directly related to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision and fails to cure such breach within a specified time.
On termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered shall become immediately due.
